30 days, no questions asked

If RadialDeck Pro is not for you, ask for your money back within 30 days of buying it and you get all of it back. You do not have to give a reason. The same applies to each yearly renewal: 30 days after it is charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel the yearly subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or write to us and we will do it. Pro keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.

How

Write to [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your order e-mail from Lemon Squeezy.
The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Lemon Squeezy, usually within a few working days.
The licence key stops being valid for future versions and should be removed from the app (Settings → Licence → Remove key). RadialDeck then keeps working as the free version.

Team licences

The same 30 days apply to a Team purchase. After that, seats can be reduced at renewal.

Your legal rights

This promise is in addition to your rights as a consumer, not instead of them. The 14-day trial lets you try every Pro feature before paying; the 30-day refund covers you after you have paid.
